Dispatching

Dispatching : This is the execution phase of planning. It is the process of setting production activities in motion through release of orders and instructions. It authorises the start of production activities by releasing materials, components, tools, fixtures and instruction sheets to the operator.

Ini adalah tahap eksekusi perencanaan. Ini adalah proses setting aktivitas produksi untuk bergerak dengan melalui order dan instruksi.
Ini wewenang awal aktivitas produksi dengan mengeluarkan material, komponen, peralatan/tool, perlengkapan dan lembar instruction sheet kepada operator.

Estimating

Once the overall method and sequence of operations is fixed and process sheet for each operation is available, then the operations times are estimated.

This function is carried out using extensive analysis of operations along with methods and routing and a standard time for operation are established using work measurement techniques.

Setelah keseluruhan metode dan urutan operasi sudah fixed dan process sheet untuk setiap operasi memungkinkan untuk dibuat, maka operation time mulai di- estimasi-kan.
Fungsi ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis operasi yang ekstensif bersama dengan pemilihan method  dan routing serta waktu standar untuk operasi ditetapkan dengan menggunakan teknik pengukuran kerja.

Process planning

Process planning (Routing) : It is concerned with selection of path or route which the raw material should follow to get transformed into finished product. The duties include:
(a) Fixation of path of travel giving due consideration to layout.
(b) Breaking down of operations to define each operation in detail.
(c) Deciding the set up time and process time for each operation.

Fungsi ini berkaitan dengan pemilihan jalur atau rute material yang harus diikuti, hingga material berubah menjadi produk jadi. Tugas-tugasnya adalah meliputi :
(a) Penelusuran / fixation jalur perjalanan dengan mempertimbangkan tata letak.
(b) Memecah / mem-break down operasi untuk mendefinisikan setiap operasi dengan detail.
(c) Menentukan set up waktu dan process time untuk setiap operasi.

Move order

Instruction is given to the materials handling facilities for major movements of materials/subassemblies in the form of a move order. Movements which involve less distance and fewer loads are managed at the shop floor level based on requests from operators.

Move order adalah instruksi yang tepat diberikan kepada fasilitas material handling untuk dalam bentuk perintah, yaitu move order untuk perpindahan material utama.

Sedangkan perpindahan jarak dekat dan/atau beban ringan dikelola di tingkat shop flor berdasarkan permintaan dari operator.

Inspection order

Generally, the process sequence will contain some testing and inspection. So, these are to be instructed to inspection wing in the form of inspection order for timely testing and inspection so that the amount of rework is minimized.

Umumnya, urutan proses akan berisi beberapa testing dan inspeksi. Jadi, ini harus diinstruksikan untuk bagian inspeksi agar melakukan inspeksi tepat pada waktunya melakukan testing dan inspeksi. Supaya jumlah pengerjaan ulang / rework diminimalkan.

Tool order

As per tooling requirements for manufacturing the product, the tool order instruct the tool room to issue necessary tools.

Tool order atau bon alat adalah intruksi kepada tool room untuk mengeluarkan tool yang diperlukan untuk proses produksi sesuai dengan spesifikasi produknya.

Store order

Stores issue order gives instruction to stores to issue materials for manufacturing the product as per product specifications.

Atau bon barang merupakan intruksi kepada gudang agar mengeluarkan material secara berurutan sesuai spesifikasi produk, yang akan digunakan untuk membuat suatu produk tertentu.
